WAR: it affects us all
This website was made to inform the general public about how war affects human security. The Syrian and Mexican drug war are the two most violent conflicts in 2014. The violence in these war stricken areas have affected the human security rights of not only men and women, but children as well. Children have suffered the effects of war through education. Men and women have suffered in the way that they must seek refuge in neighboring countries. We are trying to express the severity of the situation in these countries and to inform people of how human security rights, that we take for granted, are being violated. We hope to educate people enough in order for them to take a stand for rights that all humans deserve.
Mission Statement: “To inform current events of violence and to educate the public about what they can do to help.” |
